About the Author
Mark S. Harden, MBA, CMA, CPA
Mr. Harden is responsible for small business banking in the United States for one of the top 10 largest banks in North America. He has been responsible for helping hundreds of individuals and businesses over the past 25 years.
He has worked with businesses in such industries as retail, wholesale, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality and professional services. He has actively been involved in such matters as financial and business planning; investments and cash management; bank and government financing; retirement planning and insurance; as well as financial analysis and other services.
His academic credentials include a BS in Business Administration from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. He is a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant, which are the highest designations in the accounting profession. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, the highest financial planning certification available.
Mr. Harden has been an educator and lecturer for many years. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Loyola University-New Orleans as well as an instructor of Commercial Banking at the American Institute of Banking.
